Speaker audio options on Xbox One are grayed out

When setting up a headset with an Xbox One and the Speaker audio options are grayed out and can't be selected, make sure to uncheck the box "Using HDMI or optical audio headset".Once this box is unchecked, the options under "Speaker audio" will become available and can be changed
