If others in your Xbox Party say that your mic sounds quiet or muffled, try updating the firmware the latest version:
If after the firmware update you are still having issues, try turning off the mic filter option by double clicking the left main button and holding it on the second click until "mic filter off" is heard in the headset.
The black version of the LS50X already ships with this newer firmware version installed, so there is no need to update it.
