LS35X Game audio can't be heard

If no game audio is heard when using the LS35X with an Xbox One, make sure that the right wheel (the game/chat mixer) is not set all the way to "chat."  We recommend returning the right wheel to the middle position where the dot on the wheel matches the image below.  That will provide equal game/chat volume.  You can then adjust the mix by slowly moving the wheel to adjust the game/chat balance.
