LS FAQs:Reset Procedure for LS31 / LS41 / LS50X

ORDER HELP  SUBMIT A REQUEST

 

To reset the LS31, LS41 or LS50 headset, simply remove the right earcup (pull straight off) and press the button shown below momentarily using a paperclip or similar device. Once the headset has been reset line up the tabs on the earpad with the 3 sockets on the headset and gently press the earpad back in place.
