LS FAQ: Headset Unresponsive, Won't Charge - Mic Mute LED on - LS30, LS40

We have recently fixed a bug in the LS30 and LS40 that causes the headset to freeze up and the headset will not turn on.  When this happens, the mic mute LED will stay on constantly until the battery dies.  If you've experienced this, please let the headset battery die, fully charge the headset, and then perform the firmware update here.
