Can I Get A Refund For a Defective Item?



As stated in our warranty, PowerA only covers replacement of a defective product. Refunds may be available through the original retailer you purchased from. If the window for return has expired, we would be happy to replace your product. If you purchased your product from, we may refund you for your product within sixty days if you are not satisfied; refer to the return and exchanges form included with your order to move forward with the refund process.
