1. Eligibility: This POWERA FUSION PRO WIRELESS GIVEAWAY (“Promotion”) is open only to those who adhere to the Promotion Official Rules, who are eighteen (18) years or older, and are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including D.C.) as of the date of entry. Void outside of the fifty (50) United States/D.C and where prohibited. Employees, officers, and directors of ACCO BRANDS USA (“Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the “Promotion Parties”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Promotion Parties are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Sweepstakes shall be directed to Sponsor and not Twitter, Instagram, or Bluesky. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Twitter, Instagram, or Bluesky. The information you provide will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy available at https://www.powera.com/privacy-notice/. Personal information will be used solely for administration of the Promotion, winner notification, and, if opted in, for marketing communications.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the entrant (“you” or “Entrant”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
3. Promotion Period: Starting on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 9:01am Pacific Time (“PT”) and ending on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 11:59 pm PT (“Promotion Period”) after which time no further entries will be accepted. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper of the Promotion.
4. How to Participate: To participate via Instagram, Bluesky, or Twitter, find the post regarding this Promotion posted by Sponsor during the Promotion Period (“Promotion Post”) on either Sponsor’s Instagram, Bluesky, or Twitter channel/page (“Promotion Platforms”). Follow the instructions in the caption of the Promotion Post on the Promotion Platform you have selected for entry to be eligible to win the prize. If you do not follow and complete all the instructions in the Promotion Post, you may not be considered to win the prize. You may not attempt to obtain more than the number of entries allowed under these Rules by using multiple email addresses, identities, platform accounts, or any other methods in an attempt to circumvent these Official Rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor has the sole discretion to determine qualified entries. Sponsor is not obligated to acknowledge entries.
   
   

   Limit on Entries: Limit three (3) entries total via both the Promotion Post(s) per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period. 

   If you enter using a mobile device, standard message and data rates may apply. Please consult the terms and conditions in your individual service plan prior to participating via a mobile device. A mobile device is not required to enter.

5. Prizes: Three (3) Prizes that include: one (1) FUSION Pro Wireless Controller for Xbox Series X|S with Lumectra (approximate retail value of $169.99) (the “Prize”) per platform (Instagram, Bluesky, Twitter). Total approximate retail value for all prizes in this Promotion is $509.97. The Prize winners are liable for all taxes related to the Prize. The winner will receive a Form 1099 from the IRS requiring the winner to declare the amount of their winnings.
   
   

   The Prize consists only of the items described above. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The Prize is nontransferable. Any and all Prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. No substitution of Prize or transfer/assignment of Prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winner is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value if an advertised Prize (or portion thereof) becomes unavailable for any reason, as determined in Sponsor’s discretion. All prizes will be awarded provided they are claimed properly in accordance with these Official Rules. No more than the number of advertised prizes will be awarded.

   PUBLICITY CONSENT FOR WINNERS: Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and Sponsor’s designees to use each winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, city/state of residence, and entry for promotional purposes including purposes of advertising and trade in any media worldwide without further notice, consent, or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: Following the end of the Promotion Period, three (3) potential winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Sponsor from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winner will be notified by email within five (5) days following end of the Sweepstakes Period. Each winner may be required, at Sponsor’s discretion, to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (collectively “Prize Documents”) (except where prohibited by law) within ten (10) days of receipt of Prize Documents. Sponsor shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within ten (10) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to return a completed and executed Prize Documents (if required) within ten (10) days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from among remaining eligible entries. Receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Promotion is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. If the potential winner is at least 18 but considered a minor in their state of residence, winner’s parent/legal guardian will be required to sign any required Prize Documents (if any) on winner’s behalf and fulfill any other requirements imposed on winner set forth herein. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY POTENTIAL WINNER (AT SPONSOR‘S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
8. Rights Granted by You: By entering this Promotion as outlined in these Official Rules, you understand and agree that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, and Sponsor’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information including, but not limited to, for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By submitting an entry, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, is not offensive or obscene, does not violate any third party’s intellectual property or other proprietary rights, and does not otherwise violate the law. The above list is not meant to be exhaustive. Any entry which, in the opinion of Sponsor is deemed inappropriate will be disqualified. Additionally, if your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Sponsor may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right or due to your breach of any of the foregoing representations.

9. General Terms & Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion. In such case, Sponsor may select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the participation process or the operation of the Promotion or website or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Promotion, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses in excess of that allowed under these Official Rules; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Official Rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an Entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Xbox, Instagram, Bluesky, Twitter and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, and the respective successors, assigns, employees, shareholder, members, licensees, officers, and directors of each of the foregoing (collectively the “Releasees”) from and against any and all liability, damages or causes of action, including, but not limited to, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage of any kind that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such Entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
11. Disputes: THIS Promotion IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF the United States of America AND Illinois, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Lake County, Illinois having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, consequential damages, and/or any other damages including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Promotion). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO RELEVANT PORTIONS OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
    
    In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion-related materials, and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall control. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term.

13. Winner’s List: To obtain a copy of the Winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules available after winner is verified, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: ACCO BRANDS 4 Corporate Drive, Lake Zurich, IL 60047. Requests must be received no later than January 31, 2026, 11:59pm PT.
