Plug the 3.5 mm cable into your console or controller. No additional setup is required.
Use the volume slider on the back of the left earcup or adjust volume on the console via the console volume buttons or via the system settings.
Insert the boom mic into the boom mic jack of the headset. On Nintendo Switch™ 2 and Nintendo Switch™, the mic will be auto detected. On other devices, ensure the headset is selected in system settings.
To mute the mic, press in the mic mute button on the left earcup. To activate the mic, make sure the mic mute button is popped out.
Check that the 3.5 mm plug is fully inserted, volume is turned up on both the headset and device, and that your device is updated.
If the issue persists, try reconnecting the headset to your device or try testing the headset on another device.
On Nintendo Switch™ 2, run the “Test Output” test to confirm audio output is working. From the ‘Home’ screen, select ‘System Settings’, ‘Audio’, and then ‘Test Output’. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Check that the boom mic is fully plugged into headset and that the mic mute button is popped out.
If the issue persists, toggle the mic mute button so the mic is muted, reconnect the headset, and then unmute once audio returns.
If in a GameChat session, press the “C” button and confirm the mic is not muted on-screen.

Yes. Gently pull the ear pads off the speaker plate. Once part of the ear pad becomes unhooked from the speaker plate, the rest should pull off easily. NOTE: Compliance identification information is located behind the left ear pad.
To place the ear pad back on, start at the notch in the speaker plate and slide the ear pad on. Now, slowly wrap the ear pad onto the speaker plate. The ear cushion will need to be partially stretched to get it fully onto the speaker plate.
