How do I connect the earbuds to my Meta Quest 3 / 3S?

Open the case and remove the earbuds. Remove any protective film from the charging contacts. Place the earbuds back into the case and close it to charge if needed. Reopen the case—the earbuds will auto-power on (first-time startup defaults to Dongle mode). Insert the Dongle into the Meta Quest 3/3S’s Type-C port. Once connected, the Dongle’s LED changes from flashing white to steady white pulse, with a confirmation tone. The earbuds will automatically power on and connect. A tone will confirm connection

Why are my earbuds not turning on?

Place earbuds into the charging case and plug in the USB-C® cable. Let the earbuds charge for 15 minutes and make sure LED indicator lights are on.

Am I able to use only one earbud at a time?

Yes. Just remove one of the earbuds from the charging case.

What do I do if the Earbuds no longer pair to the 2.4G dongle?

Place earbuds in the charging case and press the white button inside the case 5 times to perform a factory reset. The earbuds will re-enter Dongle pairing mode upon success (Bluetooth® pairing is also available at this stage). Insert the Dongle into a Type-C port (unplug and replug if already connected). The earbuds and Dongle will auto-pair within 3-10 seconds.

I don't see my earbuds listed in my PC's Bluetooth® or device settings.

It can be used for more than 10 hours on a full charge, charging 15 minutes to play for 3 hours.

Can I control the volume on the earbuds?

Yes. Please refer to the user manual for a breakdown of how to control volume, track control, mute and EQ modes using the earbuds themselves.

What do the LED lights on the case mean?

Refer to the case LEDs chart in the user manual .

The earbuds are too tight.

Try different ear tip sizes for the best comfort and sound isolation. A secure fit improves audio performance and call clarity.
