Shopping at PowerA.com couldn't be easier. As you browse the site, you'll see an "Add to Cart" button beside each item. See something you want? Just click the button to add it to your shopping cart. To view, modify or delete items from your shopping cart at any time, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the page. (Note that Cookies must be enabled in your browser for the shopping cart to properly store your order). When you've finished shopping, you'll get a chance to review your order again before you submit. Once you're ready to check out, you can rest easy knowing that PowerA.com uses the most advanced encryption technology available to keep your payment details safe and secure.

Inventory Availability

While shopping, you'll see an inventory status listed on each product page. Here's what they mean:

• In Stock: The item you are requesting is currently in-stock and available to ship.
• Pre-Sell: This item is available for advanced ordering. It will ship when in stock.
• Back Order: The item you are requesting is on re-order, and will be available shortly. Any items you order which exceed the available quantity will remain on order in back-ordered status. These items will be shipped to you in one shipment when the last item becomes available. You will only be charged for the items at that time. If you have any questions regarding back-ordered items, please call 1.888.664.4327 (5 a.m. - 5 p.m. Pacific) to speak with a customer service representative.
• Discontinued: The item is out of stock and no longer available.

Ordering & Payment Options

Online Ordering

Purchases can be made using your VISA, MasterCard or American Express card.

Canadian Orders

A $10 processing fee will be added to all Canadian orders. This will be included in the shipping and handling charges and automatically added to your order total when you check out.

All Other International Orders

For customers outside the United States and Canada, please email customerservice@PowerA.com or call 1.425.806.2306 to speak with a customer service representative, who will assist you with your order. A $10 processing fee will apply to all International orders.

International Payment Information

Standard International Delivery requires the customer to pay duty & taxes and brokerage fees mandated by the Government for which the shipment is received. Please check with your local agency for details on estimated fees. The customer is solely responsible for duties and taxes. If an international package is refused for any reason, we will not be able to issue a refund for the merchandise or shipping & handling charges.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect applicable state tax on all purchases shipped to the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA

Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping and Handling Rate Chart

Shipping and handling charges will be automatically calculated based on the total weight of your order. You will have a chance to review your final estimated shipping and handling charge during checkout. A minimum shipping charge of $7.95 applies to each shipment. You will also have the opportunity to upgrade your shipping to next day, 2-day, or 3-day air. To ensure same day processing, your order must be placed by 1 p.m. Pacific.
