Q: Were the PowerA Pro Series controllers affected by the PS3 3.5 firmware update?
A: Sony recently updated the PS3 firmware to version 3.50, which according to several media outlets has caused issues with some third-party controllers because they utilize the PS3 USB ports. We have thoroughly tested our Pro Series controllers for PS3 and have found that even with the PS3 firmware update, PowerA controllers still function perfectly during gameplay. The only effect of the firmware update is that the Player Indicator lights no longer show the player number assigned to the controller, but instead light up Player 1 and 2 simultaneously. Players can tell which player number they were assigned by pressing the "Home" button and checking the information at the top of the screen. For more information, please contact Customer Service.

Q: How do I connect the Ultra Sensor Bar to my Wii console?

Q: My Lightsaber doesn't light up.
A: The light-up feature uses two AAA batteries, which are not included. To install the batteries, use a small Phillips-head screwdriver to remove the screws in the battery compartment door on the back of the handle. Insert two AAA batteries. Replace the cover, replace the screws, turn the switch to ON, and see the light!

Q: I put the two pieces of my Lightsaber together but now I can't get them apart.
A: This product uses the PowerA "Twist and Lock" mechanism for safety and security. To separate the pieces, hold onto the upper part of the handle (near the light ON/OFF switch) with your left hand. With your right hand, put your thumb on the front of the rotating ring and wrap your forefinger around the back. Gently pull down on the ring and rotate to the left. With your left hand gently pull the blade away from the handle. To reconnect, engage the secure "Twist and Lock" feature by pushing the two pieces together until you hear a click.

Q: What games can I use these with?
A: Although PowerA Light-Up Lightsabers can be used with a wide variety of games, they work best with Star Wars® The Clone Wars™: Lightsaber Duels™ (launched 11/08) and Star Wars The Clone Wars: Republic Heroes™ (launched 10/09).

Q: Can I buy replacement Lightsaber parts?
A: If you have a product issue, please contact Customer Service.

Tap "Restore Online Configuration" to put the saved configuration back onto your iPhone.

Q: I set up the program guide but I used the wrong network, I moved, or I'm at someone else's home. How do I change the guide to get the right channels?
A: On the "Guide" screen there is a "Gears" button in the upper right hand corner. Tap this button and you will be able to change the guide setting.

Q: Can I control systems in multiple rooms with my iPhone/iPod?

Q: Can I install the PowerA Universal Remote powered by UMEE without losing my configuration?
A: Yes. You can delete UMEE from your device and iTunes and download it again. You can access your saved configuration after you reinstall.

Q: My device isn't listed. Can I add it?
A: Yes. Although the app has a library of codes that supports over 200,000 device models, occasionally a device isn't included yet. At the end of the device list, there is a button that says "I don't see my device here." Tap that button and follow the instructions for setup.
