Order and Payment Information

Online Ordering
Purchases can be made using your VISA, MasterCard, or American Express card. Please contact Customer Service if you have any questions about your order.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect applicable state tax on all purchases shipped to the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA.

Canadian Orders
A $10 processing fee will be added to all Canadian orders. This will be included in the shipping and handling charges and automatically added to your order total during check out.

International Payment Information
Standard International Delivery requires the customer to pay duty and taxes, and brokerage fees, mandated by the government for which the shipment is received. Please check with your local agency for details on estimated fees. The customer is solely responsible for duties and taxes. If an international package is refused for any reason, we will not be able to issue a refund for the merchandise or shipping and handling charges.

All Other International Orders
For customers outside the United States and Canada, please email CustomerService@PowerA.com or contact us using our Web Form. A $10 processing fee will apply to all International orders.

Shipping Information

U.S. Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping and handling charges will be automatically calculated based on the total weight of your order. You will have a chance to review your final estimated shipping and handling charge during checkout. A minimum shipping charge of $4.95 applies to each shipment. You will also have the opportunity to upgrade your shipping to next day, 2-day, or 3-day air. To ensure same day processing, your order must be placed by 1 p.m. Pacific Time.

International Shipping Rates

PowerA Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the merchandise within 60 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Refer to the Returns And Exchanges form (included with your order) or contact Customer Service for details. For all customer choice returns, a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.
